Revive Recovery Center was founded based on the growing need in Arizona for authentic, accessible, and exceptional clinical care for individuals challenged with substance use and mental health disorders. We are set out to provide premier clinical services and treatment that is accessible to our community. Dr. Christina Kelley
DSW, LCSW, LISAC

Dr. Christina Kelley is the Clinical Director at Revive Recovery Center. She earned her Doctorate in Social Work at the University of Southern California. Christina’s passion for social work and helping others has involved her in many facets of behavioral health treatment including substance abuse and eating disorders.  For  the past several years, she has experienced leadership roles in clinical work, business operations, and program development in behavioral health settings. Having spent over three decades in California, Christina has returned to her home state and resides in Mesa, AZ with her two black kitties, Tarot and Omen. In her spare time, Christina’s interests are policy and resource development on behalf of unhoused college students, and she loves singing and recording rock music.<

Addison Ong

Addison Ong is the Executive Director of Revive Recovery Center. Addison has years of experience working in the behavioral health field and has found his purpose helping people who struggle with addiction and mental health disorders. He understands the strong need for quality care in the community through his own journey in recovery. Addison is an Arizona native and lives in Phoenix with his wife and their family of animals. He loves traveling, music, and playing guitar in his free time.

Brayden Younghusband

Brayden Younghusband is the Founder and CEO of Revive Recovery Center. Brayden is in recovery himself and has made it his career and passion to be an advocate to people struggling from substance use and mental health disorders.  He has nearly a decade of experience in the behavioral health field in operations, executive leadership, and marketing. He saw a need for authentic and quality care in our community and decided to open Revive Recovery Center to provide innovative, accessible and exceptional clinical care to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health. Originally from Vancouver, Canada he now resides in Mesa, AZ with his partner and two bulldogs Beau and Lilly. Brayden has a passion for helping others, ice hockey, all things Canada, and travel.

Erik Hansen

Erik Hansen, an Army veteran and owner of Hansen Family Plumbing & Air, is also the co-founder of Revive Recovery Centers. Erik’s own 15-year journey in recovery has ignited a deep passion for helping others find their own path to sobriety. His commitment to making recovery accessible reflects his personal mission to give everyone a chance at healing.

Outside of his professional life, Erik enjoys watching the Cardinals win, a tradition he shares with his dad, while spending quality time with his wife and children. But his true calling lies in his unwavering dedication to those around him. Erik’s life’s work is a testament to resilience, recovery, and the transformative power of compassion.

Michael Blair

Michael Blair is a Business Development Representative at Revive Recovery Center. Originally from Winchester, Kentucky, he now resides in Scottsdale, AZ. With years of diverse experience in behavioral health, Michael has been passionate about helping others since a young age. His own recovery journey, combined with his professional background, empowers him in his role in marketing. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Michael with friends, on the sand volleyball court, or serving up pizza slices!

Justin Cerecedes

Justin Cerecedes is the Clinical Care Coordinator for the Revive Recovery team. He understands the power of laughter and continuously brings that to the team, making someone laugh every single day! He has gained extensive knowledge through his own recovery experience and victories over substance use and mental health struggles. With this knowledge he effortlessly provides that awareness to Revive Recovery’s clients on a daily basis. For fun he enjoys hitting metal shows/concerts, playing video games and hanging out with his girlfriend and her son.
